Truth

It is known to me through feeling.

It arrives in quiet moments,

in stillness,

in the space where I am simply with myself.

I have come to understand it moves differently for each of us,

shaped by where we are,

and what we are ready to recognize.

And I honor that.

Because what I know within does not need permission to be true.

It does not ask to be proven or confirmed.

It lives in the way something settles inside me—

like a quiet turning toward clarity,

something that does not need to be explained to be real.

There is a gentleness to it,

a steady presence,

a kind of knowing that does not need to be spoken loudly to be true.

And when I trust that,

something in me loosens.

There is freedom in that—

freedom to stand in my own alignment,

to honor what feels true for me,

and to move in my own rhythm.

And in that, I realize—

what moves through me is not something I need to grasp or define,

but something that moves naturally

as part of what I am.
