Perfection in Plain Sight

There is a way of looking in which nothing is unfinished.

The sky does not apologize for its weather. A river does not question the course it takes. Even the changing seasons arrive exactly as they are meant to, each carrying its own purpose within the greater whole.

I have come to see that the world often reflects the lens through which it is viewed.

When I search for what is wrong, imperfections seem to multiply. When I focus on what is missing, life appears filled with lack.

Yet when I choose to see perfection, something begins to shift.

Not because circumstances suddenly change, but because my attention illuminates a different reality.

Like sunlight revealing colors hidden within a landscape, perception brings into view what was always present.

The ordinary becomes extraordinary.

The overlooked becomes beautiful.

The seemingly imperfect reveals its place within a larger design.

A fallen leaf is no less perfect than one still clinging to the branch. Clouds drifting across the sky do not diminish the sun behind them. Each expression of life belongs to the same living tapestry.

The more I recognize wholeness, the more wholeness appears.

The more I acknowledge the beauty woven through each moment, the more life reflects that beauty back to me.

And so I choose to see the world as perfect—not because every experience feels easy, but because everything participates in a greater harmony than I can always understand.

In that choice, my reality begins to mirror my vision.

What once seemed ordinary shimmers with meaning.

What once appeared broken reveals unexpected beauty.

And perfection, quietly and patiently, emerges from places where I never thought to look.

It was there all along, hidden in plain sight.
